The
Superintendent
willserveasthecompany`spointofcontactbothwiththeclientandwiththeconstructionteamwhenrequired.

Youwillengageinandinfluencethesafetycultureandhavetheauthoritytomakedecisionsonthe Contractor`sbehalfaboutsuchitemsascostandschedule.

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Overseeandmanageconstructionprojectsfrompreconstructionthroughcompletion
• Developandmanageprojectbudgets,schedules,andprojectmilestones
• Coordinatewithclients,architects,subcontractors,andvendorstoensurethatprojectspecificationsanddeadlinesaremet
• Managesiteonadailybasistomonitorprogressandadherencetosafetyprotocols
• Ensurecompliancewithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andbuildingcodes
• Prepareandsubmitprojectprogressreports,change orders,submittals,RFI`s,meeting minutes,andotherproject-relateddocumentationthroughProcore
