Stage Manager for Youth Series season

The Media Theatre Education Department is seeking a non-union Stage Manager for their youth series productions for the  season ( Shrek Jr., Rudolf Jr, and The Spongebob Musical Youth Edition). Local housing is not provided. The Stage Manager will be expected to work with up to 30 students ages 6-13 of various experience levels. The Media Theatre requires all applicants to have their PA and Federal clearances up to date.

The Youth Ensemble Series at The Media Theatre is a program that began in 2020 and is excited to return again this fall. Performed entirely by youth actors ages 6 - 18, this series provides an opportunity for those involved (up to 30 cast members) to work with professional production staff, while presenting a quality product to audiences in Delaware County.

Availability for just one of the shows within the season is welcomed. Availability for all rehearsals and performances for the specific show the stage manager is working is required.

Shrek Jr. (just tech and performances)

Tech:
Oct 5th & 6th 4:30 - 7 PM, Oct 7th 5:30 - 8 PM, Oct 8th - 9th (4 - 6 PM)

Shows:
Oct 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th 25th (11 AM), Oct 15th and 22nd (10 AM)

Rudolf Jr.

Rehearsals:
Nov. 2nd - 24th (4:30 - 7 PM) (weekdays except Wednesdays)

Tech:
Nov. 29th (11AM - 2 PM), Nov. 30th & Dec 1st (4:30 - 7 PM) and Dec. 2nd (6 - 8 PM)

Performances:
Dec. 3rd, 10th, 17th (10 AM), Dec. 5th, 6th, 12th, 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th (11 AM)

The Spongebob Musical Youth Edition

Rehearsals:
April 26th - May 14th (4:30 - 7 PM) (weekdays except Wednesdays). No rehearsal on May 3rd or 11th.

Tech:
May 17th-18th (4:30 - 7 PM), May 19th (5:30 PM - 8 PM), May 20th - 21st (4 - 6 PM)

Performances:
May 22nd, 23rd, 29th,30th, June 3rd, 5th,6th (11 AM), May 27th and June 3rd (10 AM)
