Customer Service Rep
Idlogistics is seeking a Flow Controller to work Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, in our Pennsylvania operations. You will provide customer service, verify shipments, set delivery appointments, and process deliveries and loads.
You will collaborate with internal staff to resolve shipping issues, file paperwork daily, and follow GMP and safety rules. Strong data entry, computer skills, and clear communication are essential for success in this role.
