Join a dynamic and expanding team of healthcare professionals as an Electrophysiologist at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. Contribute to the mission of providing Life Changing Medicine by delivering exceptional cardiac care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a dedicated team focused on innovative treatments and patient-centered care. We have an exceptional team of four electrophysiologists, supported by a well-trained and highly skilled staff, including seven Advanced Practice Providers. You would be joining a busy, high volume cardiology department that is a collaborative team. Working side by side with skilled interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, and cardiac surgery, the cardiologists provide the highest level of quality cardiovascular care to the community.

• Busy full spectrum EP program, services include biventricular and leadless devices, ablations including PFA, 4D ICE, and LAAO procedures
• Office and diagnostic center located next to hospital. Arrhythmia and outpatient EP clinics available within the office.
• State of the art 16 bed CVICU in new critical care tower with 24/7 critical care medicine support available.
• The ideal physician is a cardiology fellowship-trained, and board certified/board eligible.
• Two-year senior status track for new graduates.
• EP only call shared with four physicians.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree, with board certification/eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
• Completed fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
• A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering the highest quality care in a compassionate, professional environment
