A nonprofit, integrated health system in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Intensivist to join its hospital-based adult critical care practice. This is a high-acuity, team-oriented opportunity at a regional referral center committed to building a world-class center of excellence in critical care.

• Full-time position

• 15 shifts per month (mixed days and nights)

  • Five or fewer night shifts per month

Care spans a broad and diverse ICU population, including:

• Medical ICU

• Cardiovascular ICU

• Trauma ICU

• Surgical ICU

• Kidney Transplant ICU

• Neuro ICU

• 64-bed critical care tower designed for advanced monitoring and workflow efficiency

• Multidisciplinary team with highly trained Advanced Practice Providers

• Advanced clinical capabilities, including:

  • Point-of-care ultrasound

  • Videolaryngoscopy

  • Bedside bronchoscopy

  • Prone positioning

  • ECMO initiation with transfer to qua ternary center

• Modern radiology suite featuring 3T MRI

• Comprehensive Cardiac Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center

• All ICUs designated Beacon Units (Silver and Gold)

• Teaching opportunities with Emergency Medicine and Neurology residents

• Base salary: $450,000 per contract year
