This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a dedicated team focused on innovative treatments and patient-centered care. Erie provides a vibrant community setting with a balance of professional growth and personal fulfillment. We have an exceptional team of four electrophysiologists, supported by a well-trained and highly skilled staff, including seven Advanced Practice Providers. You would be joining a busy, high volume cardiology department that is a collaborative team.

Working side by side with skilled interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, and cardiac surgery, the cardiologists provide the highest level of quality cardiovascular care to the community. Busy full spectrum EP program , services include biventricular and leadless devices, ablations including PFA, 4D ICE, and LAAO procedures Office and diagnostic center located next to hospital . Arrhythmia and outpatient EP clinics available within the office.

State of the art 16 bed CVICU in new critical care tower with 24/7 critical care medicine support available. The ideal physician is a cardiology fellowship-trained, and board certified/board eligible. Two-year senior status track for new graduates. EP only call shared with four physicians.

Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. degree, with board certification/eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease Completed fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials DEA certification A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering the highest quality care in a compassionate, professional environment What Can UPMC Do For You?
