Position: Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach (Spring 2026)

Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy is seeking a head coach for our Girls Varsity Lacrosse program. Located in Bryn Mawr, PA and a member of the Friends School League (FSL), Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy is a pluralistic Jewish day school for students in grades 6-12. This position is responsible for, under the guidance of the Director of Athletics, the leadership of the Girls Varsity Lacrosse program.

Qualifications
  • Prior successful coaching experience
  • Knowledge of skill development
  • Ability to motivate and teach student-athletes in a positive environment
  • Proven ability to exemplify JBHA’s core values of honor, courage, kindness, and community.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training program to facilitate student-athletes reaching their full potential, including a full in-season varsity schedule and off-season practice opportunities
  • Assist in recruiting and mentoring assistant and middle school coaches
  • Assist in identifying potential prospective student-athletes
  • Effectively communicate with players, parents, staff, and administration while upholding Barrack’s values of honor, courage, kindness, and community
  • Establish a strong and positive team culture that values JBHA’s core values of honor, courage, kindness, and community.
  • Attend Friends School League (FSL) preseason and postseason meetings
  • Schedule
  • Weekday practices are typically Monday-Thursday (3:45‑5:45).
  • All Fridays and Saturdays are off.
  • On‑campus, offseason practice opportunities exist in the offseason.
  • This is a stipend position
