The Elizabethtown College School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) is seeking qualified educators and administrators to serve as College Supervisors who will support students in our Principal Certification Program and Biology (Grades 7–12) Teacher Preparation Program in the state of Pennsylvania.
This role is per diem, with assignments based on student enrollment and geographic/location needs for field placements. A stipend is provided for the responsibilities associated with this position.
SGPS College Supervisors will support students during their field-based teaching experiences by serving as a liaison between the school site and the College, providing observations/visits, offering feedback, and helping ensure students meet program and Pennsylvania Department of Education expectations.
ResponsibilitiesThe role involves supporting students during field-based teaching experiences as a liaison between schools and the College, conducting observations/visits, delivering feedback, and helping students meet program requirements and PDE expectations.
QualificationsQualified candidates must hold one of the following certificates:
- Pennsylvania Principal Certification
- Instructional I or Instructional II Teaching Certification
- Educational Specialist Certificate
- Other PDE-approved instructional support certificate (counselor, librarian, school psychologist, etc.)
