Senior Manager of Sales Engineering – Healthcare SE Team

We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a high‑impact Healthcare SE team.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and develop a high‑performing sales engineering team
  • Refine sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof‑of‑concept
  • Coach your team to success with developing comprehensive solution proposals and delivering succinct, impactful product demonstrations
  • Provide expert advice for requests for proposals (RFPs) and present recommendations to clients
  • Create influence through technical whiteboarding and impactful presentations to your customers and their leadership teams with a keen eye on the personas in the room
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions are implemented according to the customer’s expectations

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or systems engineering, with at least 5 years specifically managing and directing a sales engineering team
  • Deep technical knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience participating in regional industry events as a subject matter expert
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Deep technical hands‑on experience in routing, switching, cloud architecture, or firewalls
