Responsibilities
- Lead and support facility infrastructure and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of engineering scopes, design packages, project schedules, and cost estimates.
- Support facility utility systems, including HVAC, building automation systems (BAS), compressed air, water systems, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and technical documents.
- Participate in design reviews, construction planning, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable engineering standards and facility requirements.
- Support site reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of engineering, facilities, utilities, or capital project experience.
- Experience supporting facility upgrades, infrastructure projects, or utility systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working with architects, contractors, engineering consultants, or construction teams is highly preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works, or related design tools.
- Exposure to manufacturing, life sciences, medical device, chemical, food processing, semiconductor, or industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, or facility compliance standards.
- Project management or commissioning experience.
