About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality, process improvement, and quality system initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing and production operations
  • Lead root cause investigations, non-conformance reviews, and CAPA activities
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including FMEA, validation, and control plan development
  • Conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve process performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Review engineering changes and assess potential quality impacts on products and processes
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities, document control, and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or related roles
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
