We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support maintenance and reliability programs for critical manufacturing assets. This role will be responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, leading failure investigations, and implementing maintenance strategies that enhance operational performance and asset life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize reliability and preventive maintenance strategies using RCM, FMEA, and risk-based methodologies.
- Identify and resolve chronic equipment reliability issues.
- Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve asset performance.
- Evaluate equipment lifecycle costs and recommend reliability improvements.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment maintenance, repair, and installation practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment availability.
- Develop and update maintenance and reliability procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of Reliability, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Reliability Engineering principles and maintenance best practices.
- Experience with RCA, 5-Why, FMEA, RCM, and condition monitoring technologies.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment maintenance, repair, and installation best practices.
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and reliability compliance initiatives.
- Promote maintenance and reliability best practices across the organization.
