You will provide technical guidance for complex projects, develop advanced designs for hydraulic structures, conduct field inspections, manage consultant coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance across state parks and forests.

This is a full-time position based in Harrisburg with opportunities for part-time telework within Pennsylvania.### Key qualifications
* Valid Professional Engineer license issued by Pennsylvania State Registration Board
* Valid driver's license
* Two years of professional civil engineering experience in hydraulic specialty with bachelor's degree in civil engineering, OR five years of experience with Engineer-in-Training certificate and associa
* Experience in design, inspection, and analysis of dams and hydraulic structures
* Knowledge of environmental and stormwater regulations
