Sales Engineer

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Engineer to support continued growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong engineering foundation who enjoys working directly with customers to solve technical challenges and develop long-term business relationships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end users, helping customers identify the right solutions while expanding business throughout the territory.

Ideal candidates have a blend of technical aptitude, commercial instinct, and a passion for building relationships.

• Develop and grow business within an established multi-state territory
• Call on OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and end users
• Provide consultative technical support and product recommendations
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure customer success
• Travel throughout the region (approximately 15-20%)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline
• Technical sales, applications engineering, field engineering, or customer-facing engineering experience
• Experience selling or supporting industrial, electromechanical, automation, timing, power transmission, or motion-related products is highly desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
