As a consultant, you will conduct customer financial profiles, identify needs, cross‑sell, and up‑sell opportunities. You will serve as both a Teller and Personal Banker, supporting customer and team needs and contributing to the financial growth of the banking center.

• Establish, expand, and retain high‑value consumer and business client relationships to drive financial growth.
• Proactively communicate with current and prospective clients to educate, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve bank performance.
• Apply need‑based sales techniques and conduct customer financial profiles to attract, expand, and retain client relationships.
• Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and promotions.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and service goals.
• Recommend budgetary improvements to enhance the client experience.
• Investigate root causes of customer service issues and implement resolutions.
• Conduct onboarding activities for new clients and provide backup support to other branches and employees as needed.
• Operate teller drawer, perform advanced teller functions, research cash discrepancies, and handle complex customer transactions.
• Perform accurate transactions, balance each day, and verify cash totals.
• Scan daily proof work to the remote capture machine.
• Assist and train colleagues, serving as a mentor.

• Highly motivated team‑player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office products.

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of cash handling or retail banking experience required.
• Cross‑selling experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent education and related training or experience required.
