Formulate sales plans for the US market, define sales targets (e.g., sales revenue, market share, number of new customer acquisitions), and break them down to the team;
Expand the customer base in the US PV module market (e.g., large-scale power station developers, EPC contractors, distributors), maintain core customer relationships, and drive contract signing and payment collection;
Analyze US PV market dynamics (policies, competitive landscape, customer demands), adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, and enhance market competitiveness.
Team Management:Build and manage the US sales team (e.g., sales managers, business representatives), responsible for recruitment, training, performance assessment, and incentives;
Establish team collaboration mechanisms to improve execution and cohesion, ensuring sales targets are met.
Daily Operations:As the company's legal representative, handle daily administrative affairs in the US market (e.g., business registration, qualification maintenance, response to compliance inspections);
Coordinate communication between the US team and the Oman Headquarters (e.g., Production, Logistics, Legal departments) to ensure smooth business processes.
(II) Financial and Fund Management Signature Authority Management:Sign sales contracts, bank checks, tax filings, financial statements, and other legal and financial documents on behalf of the company, ensuring document compliance (must comply with relevant US laws and regulations and the company's internal authorization processes).
Manage bank accounts of the US subsidiary, monitor account fund flows, and ensure fund safety;
Responsible for collecting payments from AMPS (a common payment channel/partner in the US PV industry), verifying collection records in a timely manner, and ensuring funds are received;
Remit funds to the Oman Headquarters (retaining reasonable profits), requiring support and guidance from the company's Legal and Finance departments to ensure compliance of the remittance process (e.g., complying with foreign exchange management regulations, tax requirements, etc.).
Monitor changes in tax policies, adjust tax strategies in a timely manner, and reduce tax costs.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the US branch and report the operating status to the Oman Headquarters;
Ensure the financial activities of the US branch comply with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and the company's internal financial systems, and cooperate with external audits.
(III) Risk and Compliance Management Compliance Monitoring:Ensure the operations of the US branch comply with US laws and regulations (e.g., trade regulations, labor law, environmental law) and the company's compliance requirements;
Handle emergencies (e.g., customer disputes, regulatory inspections, lawsuits) to maintain the company's reputation and interests.
Monitor sales collection risks, collect overdue accounts in a timely manner, and reduce bad debt losses;
Assess operational risks in the US market (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, policy changes, supply chain risks) and formulate response measures.
Stability:Prioritize stability; due to the single customer structure (focused on the US PV market), long‑term cultivation of the US market is required to avoid frequent turnover.
Job Requirements / QualificationsBachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, Photovoltaic Engineering, or related fields are preferred;
5-10 years of comprehensive management or financial management experience in SMEs, including at least 3 years of sales or financial management experience in the US market (PV industry preferred);
Fluent in English (capable of using it as a working language), with strong business communication and negotiation skills;
Holder of a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate or related financial qualifications is preferred; familiar with US financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, tax filing processes), state government Annual Filing compliance processes, and possess experience leading tax filings;
Familiar with PV industry sales models (e.g., project-based sales, distribution channel management) and US PV market characteristics (e.g., IRA Act, ITC tax credit policy);
Possess practical experience in fund management, bank account operations, and foreign exchange settlement; familiar with the operation processes of payment channels like AMPS. Possess strategic thinking and market analysis skills, capable of formulating and adjusting sales strategies.
