Lead Finance Analyst –Commercial Card & Automation

• Act as a financial and strategic partner, collaborating closely with Product Leadership and internal Finance partners
• Own the forecasting process and provide context to finance partners across various business units
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models to predict financial performance
• Present financial results and strategic insights to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Identify opportunities to improve internal team processes and conduct ad hoc analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Product Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships across teams

• Experience with data visualization applications such as Tableau
• Familiarity with financial management software applications like Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning
• Knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query
• Previous experience in Commercial Banking with exposure to Payment products
