Investment Banking Senior Analyst / Associate / VP $100,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus

We are representing an opportunity with an established, entrepreneurial investment banking firm focused on M&A and strategic advisory across traditional sectors.

This is a highly execution-oriented role working directly with MDs, Partners, and senior bankers on live transactions, including deal logistics, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client materials. The firm works closely with leading private equity firms, providing significant exposure to the PE community and an opportunity to build relationships across the Philadelphia investment banking and private equity market.

• Small deal teams provide meaningful exposure and responsibility across engagements
• Work directly with highly experienced and well-connected senior bankers
• Significant interaction with private equity firms and financial sponsors
• Exposure to M&A transactions involving lower middle-market, founder-owned businesses
• Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, CIMs, transaction logistics, industry research, and pitch materials
• Strong opportunity to develop relationships within the Philadelphia PE and investment banking community

• 2–4+ years of investment banking or transaction services experience
• Open to candidates at the Senior Analyst, Associate, or VP level depending on experience
• Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
• Experience with lower middle-market, founder-owned businesses highly preferred
• Relevant industry experience in Business/Technology Services, Healthcare, Industrial, or Infrastructure preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong academic background
• Must have strong ties to the Philadelphia area and a desire to build a career in the market
