- Our client is an international automotive manufacturing business seeking a VP Finance & Administration for its Pennsylvania operation.
- This is a hands-on plant finance leadership role focused on improving financial performance, cost visibility, and operational decision
- -making.
- Lead plant finance and controlling activities.
- Own P&L, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Improve product costing and profitability analysis.
- Identify key manufacturing cost drivers and financial inefficiencies.
- Support pricing, investment, and operational decisions.
- Partner closely with plant leadership and Operations.
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and data consistency.
- 8+ years of finance or controlling experience.
- Strong manufacturing finance background.
- Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in plant controlling, costing, and operational finance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and profitability.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- ERP experience, ideally SAP.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
