I am working with a Leading Investments Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA
- Review CIMs, conduct market research, analyze financials, and assess potential investments.
- Develop LBO models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and returns analyses to evaluate investment cases.
- Coordinate and support financial, commercial, legal, operational, and management due diligence.
- Create investment committee memos, presentations, and analysis for senior investment professionals.
- Work with management teams and advisors on deal execution, financing, add-ons, strategic initiatives, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
