THE POSITION

This position focuses on strengthening statewide training that supports SUD, gambling professionals, and other stakeholders. As a Training Coordinator, you will perform the following duties:
- Needs Assessment:
Assess educational needs across the field to guide training decisions - Course Evaluation:
Evaluate course content and instructor performance to maintain high-quality standards - Instructor Recruitment:
Recruit and contract with new instructors who bring expertise and best practices - Content Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to update, develop, and maintain adult education materials - Event Execution:
Coordinate and execute Training of Trainers events for statewide audiences - Technical Assistance:
Provide support to instructors, students, Single County Authorities, and other stakeholders

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the office two days per week and for special events as necessary. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

- One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
