Summary of Position: Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist according to established practices and standards. Duties may include reviewing prescription and diagnosis; acting as liaison with physician and supportive care personnel; preparing equipment, such as immobilization, treatment, and protection devices; and maintaining records, reports, and files. May assist in dosimetry procedures and tumor localization.

• Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist according to established practices and standards.
• Review prescriptions and diagnoses; act as liaison with physicians and supportive care personnel.
• Prepare equipment, such as immobilization, treatment, and protection devices.
• Maintain records, reports, and files.
• May assist in dosimetry procedures and tumor localization.

• ARRT certification or ability to obtain ARRT certification within three (3) months of hire required
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS) required prior to orientation completion.
