As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide family-centered, play-based behavioral support to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans and empower families with strategies to promote positive growth and independence at home and in the community.

About the Role:

  • Full time and Part time positions available/Evenings and weekends available.
  • In field position ONLY. Must be willing to travel in Philadelphia areas.
  • Sessions available Weekdays, Nights and Weekends.
  • Treating young children in 1 on 1 sessions.

Responsibilities as an RBT/BHT:

  • Support children’s behavioral, social, and emotional development through individualized behavior support plans.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies that make learning positive behaviors engaging and meaningful.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to promote consistency and whole-child growth.
  • Empower children to build communication, coping, and daily living skills for greater independence and confidence.

Job Requirements for RBT/BHT:

  • High school diploma
  • 40 hour RBT certification ($250 sign on bonus) or willingness to complete RBT/BHT training and certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs (preferred)
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive
