Ensuring ongoing coaching and training of staff regarding operational issues and uniform standards;
Executing proper cash handling procedures, including balancing End of Day reports and approving comps;
Maintaining restaurant assets through safety measures, preventative maintenance, and strict adherence to sanitation requirements;
Managing product inventory levels, waste management, and ordering procedures in accordance with company guidelines
