- Serve as the primary compensation partner for designated business groups, advising on pay structures, incentive plans, and compensation policies
- Lead administration of long-term incentive programs, ensuring participants understand plan details and value
- Conduct complex compensation analyses, develop recommendations, and present findings to leadership
- Partner on M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
- Design, refine, and implement compensation programs to align with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define “what good looks like” in compensation strategy
- Eventually lead a team, starting with individual contribution and building toward people management
- 5+ years in a compensation-focused role, preferably in a large corporate environment
- Proven experience with long-term incentive plan design and administration
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills; comfortable influencing senior leaders
- Ability to support change management initiatives and lead team transformation
- Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
