Applied AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented Applied AI Engineer to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to building and deploying AI agents that automate marketing tasks, accelerate insights, and uphold the highest standards of data security and reliability. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful AI-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) tool-calling and deployment
• Proven track record of shipping automation solutions
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with retrieval from documents, dashboards, and campaign data
• Ability to create evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and guardrails

• Experience with Co-pilot or similar AI assistant tools
• Knowledge of Martech and data stacks integration
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Delivery, Martech, and Marketing leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML automation projects and deployments
• Prior experience in marketing automation or related fields is a plus
