What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with CMS requirements and industry trends
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and specifications for engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant product releases
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on prior authorization workflows and FHIR standards
  • Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform product decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with client-facing experience in healthcare technology
  • Deep expertise in prior authorization workflows
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of CMS 0057-F requirements and X12 278 EDI and FHIR transactions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Product background highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and product management tools (Jira, Aha)
  • Experience with AI-driven utilization management solutions and automation technologies
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and revenue cycle management
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights
