The Scrum Master will lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role serves as a servant leader, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and company standards.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience guiding teams through Agile delivery while fostering collaboration, transparency, and an environment of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to achieve high-quality software delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure consistent team progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define user stories, and prioritize work.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating team performance and implementing Agile best practices.
- Ensure teams follow Agile principles and organizational policies while adapting to evolving priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as developers, QA, business analysts, and leadership to maintain alignment.
- Track, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics and progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous enhancement.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams in fast‑paced environments with successful delivery outcomes.
- Experience coaching teams and individuals in Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred).
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
- Background in software development or QA.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
