Technical Content Specialist

• Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation on product functionality, troubleshooting, procedures, and best practices
• Translate Linux command-line concepts and commands into concise, user-friendly instructions
• Author step-by-step tutorials covering various technical topics such as service troubleshooting and log analysis
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance documentation in partnership with leadership
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to guide content strategy aligned with business goals

• Subject matter expert in relevant tools and processes, with experience in authoring or editing technical content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis techniques
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with knowledge and content management systems such as Pega and Confluence
• Hands‑on experience working in Linux environments, with proficiency in reading and writing Bash commands

• Prior experience in a web hosting or data center environment
• Background in advanced technical customer support or technical writing
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Experience supporting or documenting systems like Fedora or Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and tools
