Responsibilities include monitoring resources, performance tuning, and collaborating with Dev Ops teams.
Applicants should possess strong skills in REXX, JCL, and performance tools like RMF and SMF. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is required, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
