This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. The position may require occasional on‑site work at our West Chester, PA location.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
- Manage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Dev Ops engineers and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Dev Ops processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or related role, including 3+ years building software applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git Lab CI, or CircleCI.
- Software development and scripting experience using Java, Spring, Golang, Python, Groovy, Bash, or Power Shell.
- Hands‑on experience with infrastructure as code and cloud‑native tooling, including Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud, and with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, Dev Ops security best practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
