Network Analyst

A growing healthcare organization is looking to hire a Network Analyst to support a distributed, hospital-based environment. The network environment spans enterprise Cisco infrastructure and this role includes both day-to-day operations and active build projects across facilities. They are looking for someone with strong Network support skills, who can configure switches, set up VLANs, and answer escalated tickets.

The team is actively growing and this role comes with a real path forward. Strong performers have the opportunity to move into network engineering and architecture over time.

• 2 to 7 years of experience in a network analyst or network support role
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco IOS: image upgrades, interface configuration, and VLAN management
• Proficiency troubleshooting network issues at both the layer 2 and layer 3 level
• Ability to perform and interpret packet captures as part of network diagnostics
• Experience working out of a ticketing queue in a structured support environment
• Familiarity with Service Now or a comparable ITSM platform
• Comfortable with physical network work: unboxing switches, applying IOS code, and loading template‑based configurations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users in a clinical or hospital setting

• Cisco CCNA certification
• Exposure to network infrastructure buildouts or renovation projects
• Experience supporting multi‑site or distributed enterprise environments
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments or regulated network infrastructure

• 50% Cisco IOS configuration, VLAN management, and switch deployment
