We are seeking a Service Now Architect to join our team.
This role will involve leading Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) architecture initiatives, designing scalable enterprise solutions, driving customer experience transformation, integrating Service Now with enterprise systems, establishing governance frameworks, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Service Now CSM architecture, CRM solutions, customer service operations, enterprise integrations, solution design, and digital transformation, along with a passion for delivering innovative customer experience solutions.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead enterprise Customer Service Management (CSM) solution architecture and transformation initiatives. The Service Now Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions aligned with business and customer experience objectives.
The Service Now Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, customer experience leaders, IT teams, and development teams to deliver modern customer service solutions leveraging Service Now capabilities and best practices. The ideal Service Now Architect will possess deep expertise in Service Now CSM, CRM implementations, enterprise integrations, governance frameworks, and customer experience transformation programs. This Service Now Architect role requires strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive successful Service Now initiatives.
