Printer Field Technician

Pay rate: $19-$23/HR mileage on top

Must have hands-on experience supporting networked printers in a business or retail environment.

Must have experience replacing printer components such as drums, transfer belts, fusers, print heads, or power supplies.

Must be able and willing to travel weekly (up to 75% or more, as required).

Must be able to work independently at customer or retail locations.

Must be comfortable driving up to 150 miles when needed.

Responsibilities:

• IT field technician
• Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2:
  Electro-mechanical and printer hardware repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system.
• Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
