Lincoln Investment is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to be the first point of contact for IT support. You will perform initial troubleshooting, incident intake, service request fulfillment, and ticket triage, documenting issues and escalating as needed.
Strong customer service, clear communication, and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows devices, VPN, MFA, and basic networking are expected. This on-site role requires in-office presence three days a week at our Fort Washington, PA home
