Data Analyst
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, ideally in mortgage origination or servicing.
- We need a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- We expect working knowledge of SQL and Tableau, along with proficiency in Excel and other business intelligence tools.
- We value strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- We want someone who can connect data insights to business outcomes and influence decisions through clear analysis.
- We prefer familiarity with mortgage origination workflows, including CRM, loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
- Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, and Python is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Python, SAS, or R for advanced analysis is desirable.
- Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- We require the ability to commute to Philadelphia, PA 19104 for our hybrid work arrangement.
- We analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- We communicate findings clearly and simply to teammates and stakeholders.
- We support forecasting and predictive modeling efforts.
- We build dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and SQL to support business decisions, highlight risks, and surface opportunities.
- We design and maintain data workflows that support analysis and reporting.
- We partner with business teams to understand goals and deliver data-driven solutions.
- We perform deep-dive analysis on pull-through, turn time, and other key performance metrics related to Sales and Marketing campaigns.
- We help drive strategy and shape decisions through well-presented analytical work.
- We use modern AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work.
