Senior Director, Product Management

Role:
Senior Director of Product Management overseeing global AI and digital products within Medical Affairs, focusing on Oncology, International, and enterprise capabilities. Objectives: own product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring adoption, business value, and outcome impact.

• define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• engage senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level), translating complex needs into clear requirements
• collaborate with architecture and engineering teams for scalable, compliant solutions
• lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• manage product lifecycle, including post-launch metrics and compliance considerations

• 12+ years in product management with at least 4-5 years at senior/director level
• proven experience translating enterprise or life sciences strategies into scalable AI-based solutions
• strong stakeholder management with senior executives
• familiarity with agile methodologies
• pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred, especially in Medical Affairs
• knowledge of AI/ML, responsible AI, and emerging AI regulation (e.g., EU AI Act).

Work setup: hybrid in NYHQ or PA-Collegeville, with travel as required.
