Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (additional experience may substitute).
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Service Now solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM modules and workflow automation.
- Experience building Service Now Forms, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portals, and Knowledge Bases.
- Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and service management environments.
- Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, and system design artifacts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance, records management, or IT operations programs.
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with RMF, NIST, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
Contract:
- Develop and maintain Service Now workflows supporting NRLFO mission operations.
- Automate IT service requests and approval processes.
- Support incident tracking, change management, and records management activities.
- Create operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure platform security, system performance, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations for Service Now-based solutions.
