PNC is seeking a Senior Security Business Partner specializing in Risk Management & Governance to join their Enterprise Information Security team. This role acts as a strategic partner and relationship manager between Enterprise Information Security and Lines of Business, ensuring security requirements and risk considerations are integrated into business initiatives and technology solutions. Responsibilities include providing security input for risk discussions, supporting initiatives through their lifecycle, guiding Lines of Business on risk assessments and governance, and partnering to improve security posture.

The role requires expertise in enterprise security domains and experience in regulated financial services. This is an onsite position based in Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Lakewood, CO, or Dallas, TX.

The Security Business Partner Sr. serves as a strategic partner and relationship manager between Enterprise Information Security and Line of Business.

This role ensures that information security requirements, risk considerations, and governance expectations are identified early and incorporated into business initiatives, technology solutions, and risk management activities for the Line of Business. Business & Security Partnership

• Serve as the security point of contact for Line of Business, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure integrated delivery of cybersecurity services.
• Leadthe relationship with a Line of Business to ensure successful outcomes and is responsible for the overall client experience within the Security organization, including cybersecurity risk, business demand management, client feedback & relationship management.
• Coordinate security input for risk discussions, executive updates, and committee presentations.

• Engage across the lifecycle of business and technology initiatives, including RFP activities, technology due diligence, and security approvals.
