Cybersecurity Analyst

Performs a broad range of basic Cybersecurity Analysis tasks within an assigned organization or functional area.

Monitors, analyzes, investigates and responds to information provided in daily security reports.

Assists in monitoring security events and incidents generated from the security information management system.

Executes various operational security tasks and responds to security related inquiries from internal and external customers.

Monitors and assesses vendor and third-party cybersecurity reports and documentation.

Conducts cybersecurity risk assessments and control selection activities.

Identifies anomalous events and security infractions that exploit system vulnerabilities.

Creates and maintains network security documentation.

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to use and AI to perform tasks more effectively
• Ability to work in a cross functional team
