Overview

Employer Industry: Insurance Services

• Prepare insurance premium finance quotes for Agents, Brokers, and Insureds
• Gather necessary documentation and organize quote approval packages
• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes, lost quotes, and upcoming renewals
• Build and maintain knowledge of premium finance regulations and policy provisions
• Mentor Quote Account Executives and provide guidance to team members

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years of related experience
• Strong technical expertise in insurance policy documents and premium finance
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work within company standards for accuracy and service quality
• Experience in recognizing business opportunities and adding value to client relationships

• Previous experience in a client-facing service role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, near paperless environment
• Knowledge of insurance market trends and competitive advantages
