A well-established law firm in Erie, PA is seeking a full-time Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its Estates, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation practice areas. This individual will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support, assisting with document preparation, client communication, file management, and court filings across multiple departments. Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients professionally and effectively
• Manage and maintain organized case files
• Coordinate and process court filings
• Assist with case coordination within Estates, Real Estate, and Civil matters
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time (35 hours a week)

• $25/hr
