• Lead a team of Treasury Management Product Managers, fostering a culture of success and accountability
• Collaborate with Sales and Service management to drive revenue and expand business relationships
• Develop and implement strategies for new treasury management products and enhancements
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure achievement of goals
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

• Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading treasury management sales and customer service teams
• Extensive experience in C‑suite level client engagement
• Proven ability to manage teams in high growth, dynamic organizational environments
• Knowledge of treasury management applications and business cash flows

• Master's degree (or postgraduate equivalent)
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
• Experience in regulatory compliance related to treasury management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with senior executives
• Familiarity with wholesale receivables/payables solutions and financial optimization
