1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment. This position focuses on routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and learning plant systems while working closely with experienced maintenance and production team members.
What You’ll Do- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Support equipment startups and daily production operations
- Maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance areas
- Work with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures, including LOTO, and best practices
- Assist with equipment tear-downs, repairs, and reassembly
- Participate in training to build skills specific to the facility and equipment
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical, electrical, or industrial aptitude
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Maintenance or hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or similar environments
