The Plant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Erie, PA, responsible for leading daily plant operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. This role oversees production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet quality standards and delivery commitments. The Plant Manager collaborates with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include managing plant budgets, monitoring performance metrics, developing and coaching team members, and maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in plant management and plant operations, with experience overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Strong operations management skills, including planning, organizing, and improving production processes to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency in production planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination of materials and resources.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations, including quality standards, safety practices, and lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team development, performance management, and effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Experience working in a high-volume, precision machining or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing KPIs, and make sound decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
