• Execute production tasks by accurately interpreting job orders and technical schematics.
• Prepare and organize necessary materials to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
• Utilize hand tools and power equipment to assemble components and perform essential product adjustments.
• Conduct rigorous safety assessments and quality inspections on materials to uphold our high standards.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workstation to promote workplace safety and productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE to foster a secure environment for all staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks like kneeling, squatting, and twisting.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technical processes and equipment.
