• Perform Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly PMs on all CNC machinery to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Respond to any assigned maintenance tasks.
• Reports all critical machine repair requirements and quality problems to the manufacturing manager.
• Fills out time slips and other necessary paperwork on a complete and timely basis.
• Follow housekeeping and 5s tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

• At least four years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or machine repair
• High mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery
• CNC machine maintenance and operation would be a plus

• $27.30-30/HR
• This is a 1st shift position!
• Overtime is available on a consistent basis
• Quarterly profit sharing bonus checks are available for all employees

This is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Well organized; participative management; full benefit package (Full medical coverage - no paid out of pocket) Candidates can earn up to 12.5% Profit-Sharing bonus each year!!
