• Location: Erie, PA 16504

• Shifts Available:

  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants, ensuring resident care needs are met.

• Monitor residents' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing).

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR certification required.

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
