We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical team in Northern PA areas. This position will provide coverage full time, serving patients throughout Sayre, Towanda, Troy, and surrounding communities.

• Provide high quality patient care
• Engage with clinical staff on a regular basis and maintain a professional, collegial relationship with other providers, caregivers, administrators, and directors
• Engage with patients and families during care and communicate clearly to promote understanding of treatment options and procedures. Set expectations with patients and families
• Attend team meetings as needed
• Documentation:
  Follows protocol and guidelines for documentation, billing, and coding
• Actively collaborate with treating physicians, providers and treating groups (referrals, wound care, orthopedists, etc.)

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Active/current NP/PA license in PA

• Full time

• $125k+ to start plus production bonuses (depending on experience)
