Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Acts is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Job Type: Per diem

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing. You will participate in the supervision of nursing assistants and coordinate the provision of resident care according to the care plans.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Pay Range: $35.50 – $35.50 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
